Step 1: Open regedit (Start –> regedit (type in “Search Programs and File” box and hit enter) )
Step 2: Navigate to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SQMClient\Windows\DisabledSessions]
